[SNEC] Archival of Falls Church Meeting Tapes

John Belt, who is a good friend of Bob Gray and is a Design Faculty at the Oswego State University, has offered to archive a set of the tapes. I think it is a great idea.
Oswego is also a possible site for a future meeting.
