[SNEC] New conference forum is up!

I've added forum capabilities to the dstoys.org/cmf website.  First
forum up is for discussions on the upcoming conference.  Please visit
the conference wiki:

Toward the bottom you will find a link to the new Conference Forum. 
This is an experiment, so there will be (hopefully not too many) bugs to
work out.  Thanks in advance for your patience and participation.
